Martin Edmonds
Contracts Manager / Technical Manager
Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering, CEng, CEnv, MICE.
Experience: 30 Years Years
Has substantial experience of water, sewage, marine, highways and building projects and also has in-depth knowledge of contaminated land sites, land reclamation and earthwork contracts. He has worked on numerous traditional contracts and is familiar with partnering and Design/Build contracts as well as extensive experience with Breeam and Ceequal procedures.
Martin is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Chartered Environmentalist and has an in depth knowledge of Design procedures and Quality systems procedure and plays an active part in the internal auditing of ISO accredited systems.

Management of all financial and legal aspects of construction works.
Extensive experience has been gained in all aspects of the Building and Civil Engineering Sectors.
A specialist in most major standard forms of contract using both traditional and collaborative procurement techniques.
Instrumental in developing procurement programmes for major clients and managing schemes from feasibility through to final account stages.
